  นำท่อ PVC มาเป็นโครงดาบ ตัดกระดาษแข็งเบอร์ 32 เป็นโครงแกนภายใน โดยแต่ละอันจะมีความกว้างเท่ากัน แต่ความสูงลดลงไปทีละ 1 นิ้ว เพื่อทำให้ดาบเพรียวลง แล้วนำกระดาษแข็งเบอร์ 32 มาปิดโครงเป็นทรงดาบ ยึดให้แน่นด้วยเทปผ้า จากนั้นนำกระดาษอาร์ตมันมีขาวปิดผิว แล้วตกแต่งตามต้นแบบด้วยกระดาษแข็งเบอร์ 32 ที่ปิดผิวด้วยกระดาษอาร์ตมันสีดำ
  
  เจาะรูตะปูรีเวทเพื่อทำเป็นหมุดเหมือนแบบ บริเวณด้ามตกแต่งด้วยกระดาษสีทอง และพันด้ามดาบด้วยเทปผ้าสีขาว โดยตัดและพันให้เหมือนกับต้นฉบับ ฉีดสเปร์ยแลคเกอร์เพื่อความเงางามเป็นอันเสร็จ

• How to make : [English Text by Bugong]
  Make: Use the PVC tube as the structure of the whole sword. Cut and insert the cardboard no. 32 into the core using it as the blade’s core structure. Keep the width of the cardboard the same throughout the whole blade, but decrease another dimension by 1 cm. at every single core (as shown in the picture below). This is the make the blade thinner as it reaches its tip. Cover the whole core with cardboard no.32 then tape it tightly with clothe tape. After that, use the coated art paper to cover the whole blade surface then decorate it like the original by using black cardboard no. 32.
  
  Drill in rivet screw to create a knot like the original. Decorate the whole handle with coated gold color paper then cut and wrap around the handle with white tape to make it look like the original pattern. Finish it by spraying the lacquer to make it a bit shiny.

• Propsmakers' comment : I got a bit confused from the original whether it is flat or thick shape so I made it thick from the handle and flat on the blade tip.
